Since 1978 this modern and cheery bistro fizzes with atmosphere. The name stems from the original address of the place in via dell'Acqua at no. 2. Stefano, Lucia e Gianni welcome diners to an intimate restaurant where art, fashion and food draw a mixed late-night crowd of journalists, foreign students and actors. The menu features taster platters (pasta, cheese and salad being the most popular choices). Acqua al 2 also boasts a sister restaurant in San Diego, California.
