Postcard from Florence

Your PostCard of Florence
[Deborah Ruggiero]

For lovers of photography here are some suggestions to find out panoramic point araound the city.
Staring Southward (Diladdarno), the first place you’ll meet and maybe the most popular, is Piazzale Michelangelo from where you can shoot the entire valley. Few steps ahead a slightly different view can be appreciated by the terrace of San Miniato and (straight ahead) the wonderful Forte Belvedere.
On the other side of the river in the Norh area of Florence the hills are less close to the city and landscapes looks monumentals and romantique. The better landscape is obviously from Fiesole (try to get there by the old Fiesole street and you’ll meet a huge number of less known and very beautifull panoramic points).
Eastward the valley is closed by the little hill of Settignano where you’ll find a terrace that offers the widest view of the city fading into the large west plane. Are you ready to bring home your very personal postcard of Florence?
